We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Estates Compliance Technician to join our friendly Estates Department. The Estates Department of the Abingdon Foundation is committed to the health, safety and wellbeing of all site users and is responsible for ensuring legislative compliance across the Foundation’s sites (Abingdon School, Abingdon Preparatory School, Tilsley Park and the Boathouse).
The Estates Compliance Technician (ECT) will be required to undertake a range of duties with regard to the health, safety and compliance of the Foundation’s estate and grounds. The ECT will ensure safety and security through day to day inspection, testing and servicing of essential equipment throughout the Foundation’s portfolio of buildings. The ECT will ensure that results are recorded and any necessary actions taken in accordance with foundation policy, good practice and relevant legislation.
Our ideal candidate will be highly organised with strong interpersonal skills and a flexible approach.
