An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Aquatics professional to join BSS Leisure Services at Bolton School Sports and Swimming Complex with a learn to swim programme of over 600 pupils. The Aquatics Supervisor will be responsible for delivering first class activities and inspirational management to the Aquatics team within the BSS Leisure Services Aquatics brand. The role holder will spend time supporting and nurturing the Aquatics team to bring out their potential while ensuring high quality delivery and exceptional customer service for the Aquatics customers at all times.
The successful candidate must be passionate about increasing Aquatic participation to achieve our mission of providing first class services to get Bolton active. Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate that they have excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to use their own initiative working in a fast-paced environment. They will also need to have experience working with Swimming Instructors and Coaches (permanent and casual) and be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills, self-motivation and be a team player.
A minimum Level 2 Swim Teacher qualification and management experience are required for this role.
This role would suit candidates who have experience in one of the following roles: Lead Swimming Teacher, Duty Manager, Aquatics Coordinator.
