Reception Class Teacher and EYFS Lead
Bradford Grammar Junior School is looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Reception Class Teacher and EYFS Lead to start September 2026.
The post will suit a teacher with a minimum of two years’ experience who can inspire and motivate boys and girls within our happy and vibrant school. As a committed and inspiring class teacher, you will be joining a school which offers a lively, challenging and broad-based curriculum.
Candidates should be willing to contribute to the extra-curricular life of the school and should have excellent pastoral skills.
The successful candidate will:
· Have relevant classroom teaching experience in Reception (EYFS)
· Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework.
· Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons and continuous provision to meet the needs of every child.
· Build warm, supportive relationships with children and their families.
· Work collaboratively as part of a collegial Junior School team.
· As EYFS Lead, you will provide professional guidance, contribute to whole-school strategy, and ensure high standards of practice across the EYFS.

Enhanced annual salary scales above the state sector and the School offers a ‘hybrid’ pension providing Defined Contribution (DC) Pension Scheme.
