Based in Horsham, Christ’s Hospital is a unique co-educational boarding school and charitable foundation that provides first class education to around 900 children from all backgrounds, supported by over 500 members of staff.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our team at CH. You will provide a high-quality, professional and results focussed HR service to Bluecoat Sports and employee relations support to Christ’s Hospital with the support of the HR Development Manager.

The role at BCS will include being a first point of HR contact for BCS employees (c.160 employees) and supporting the BCS management team with HR-related matters including recruitment.
