We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Desktop Technician to join our busy Computer Services team. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of IT who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will gain valuable experience supporting users, maintaining equipment, and contributing to the smooth operation of the College’s IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to users across the College

• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop hardware and software

• Contribute to ongoing IT projects and improvements

The ideal candidate will have:

• A basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• A willingness to learn and take initiative

• Experience in a support or customer-facing IT role (desirable but not essential)
