Our English Department is a dynamic, high-performing team known for its creativity and breadth of expertise. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for English and a commitment to collaborative, reflective practice. They’ll bring confidence in the classroom, a flexible and proactive attitude, and the enthusiasm to participate actively in wider school life. Creativity, energy, and a willingness to engage in our rich programme of extracurricular activities are warmly welcomed. Strong subject knowledge is essential, as is experience teaching English at Key Stages 2 & 3.

This is a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, which we expect to last approximately nine months. Applications are welcomed from candidates wishing to work either full-time or part-time (four days per week, Tuesday to Friday).
