Our science departments offer inspirational teaching within and beyond the College’s cutting-edge Science Centre, featuring spacious, state-of-the-art laboratories and extensive resources. With a strong emphasis on practical work, our science departments encourage pupils to make full use of our extensive apparatus to enhance their experiments during investigations.
The Science Technician will play a key role in preparing, maintaining and managing this equipment,, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for hands-on learning. The successful candidate will have a strong science background and, ideally, previous experience of working within a school environment.
Hours: 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday 10am to 12 noon, term time only
Contract: Fixed term until 31 August 2027
Salary: £12.71 per hour
