This independent day and boarding School in north Essex has an exciting opportunity for a Careers Adviser. This role is a full-time, term-time only plus 4 weeks position, commencing September 2026.

We are seeking an expert Careers Adviser to lead our strategy for professional and higher education guidance. In this pivotal role, you will design and deliver a comprehensive programme, aligned with Gatsby Benchmarks, that empowers pupils from Year 7 through to the Sixth Form to navigate university applications, apprenticeships and global employment opportunities. Working closely with senior leadership and academic departments, you will cultivate vital links with universities and the Old Festedian network to ensure every student receives high-quality, personalised support for their future.

Felsted is a leading boarding and day independent school based in a stunning village campus in North Essex.
