Finance Administrator
We are currently seeking to fill the position of Finance Administrator at Leicester Grammar School.
We are seeking a reliable and well-organised Finance Administrator to join our Trust finance team on a part-time basis. The role is for 20 hours per week, working 34 weeks during term time plus an additional 4 weeks outside of term.
The post supports the day-to-day financial and administrative functions of the school, including income processing, basic credit control, record-keeping, and responding to enquiries from parents and staff. There will also be some reception cover, providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house service when required.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in an administrative or finance-related role, with good attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and confidence working with financial systems and data. A professional, approachable manner and the ability to manage tasks efficiently are essential.
