Estates Maintenance Assistant with an emphasis on electrical maintenance
This is an opportunity for a Maintenance Assistant with experience of electrical maintenance to join a fantastic Estates team at one of the UK's leading schools.
In this important role, you will carry out a comprehensive range of maintenance and repairs on buildings, furniture and fittings with an emphasis on the maintenance of electrical systems and installations.
This will include assisting the Estates Manager with a planned preventative maintenance programme and carrying out routine PAT testing, inspections of the buildings, fixed electrical installation, electrical fixtures and fittings.
You will need general all-round maintenance skills with experience of working in a building maintenance environment. Industry recognised level 3 qualifications such as a level 3 diploma in electro technical services and electrical installations are also required
