Radley College is seeking an experienced Rackets Professional to lead and develop Rackets across the school. This is a unique opportunity to shape a flagship sport within an outstanding all‑round sporting environment.
Radley College aims to create an environment where pupils of all abilities can strive for success, achieve success and be rewarded for their accomplishments. The Rackets Professional will play an instrumental role in delivering this vision through a high‑quality, well‑structured Rackets programme.
Working closely with the Director of Sport and the wider sports department, you will have strategic oversight of Rackets across all year groups. The role combines outstanding coaching, effective organisation and administration, and a commitment to fostering a lifelong love of the game among pupils.
Teaching a subject is optional and not required for this role.
The Ideal Candidate will be:
- An experienced Rackets coach with a strong understanding of player development
- Highly organised and confident managing a varied programme of coaching and events
- Passionate about youth sport, inclusion and sporting excellence
- An effective communicator, comfortable working with pupils, colleagues and external stakeholders
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
