Repton School seeks to appoint an inspiring and dynamic Teacher of Drama and Dance to join its thriving Performing Arts Department from September 2026.

This exciting role combines academic Drama teaching with the creative delivery of Dance in the co-curriculum, alongside opportunities to direct and choreograph high-quality productions in the School’s exceptional facilities, including the award-winning 400 Hall Theatre and the versatile Charlesworth Studio.

The successful candidate will be an engaging classroom practitioner with strong subject knowledge, capable of teaching Drama from Key Stage 3 through to GCSE (and A Level where experience allows). They will be passionate about working with young people, committed to cultivating creativity and confidence, and enthusiastic about directing and choreographing drama and musical theatre productions as part of Repton’s ambitious programme.
