We are seeking to recruit new Examination Invigilators to join our existing team of experienced staff. Invigilators work on a 'casual' basis during exam periods. Examinations are administered by the examinations officer with a team of approximately 10 invigilators. The key public examination period runs through May and June, and invigilators are expected to make a commitment to make themselves available throughout this time. There are additional opportunities during a two-week January mock exam period and at other times throughout the year.

Invigilator sessions are usually divided into morning and afternoon sessions. Morning sessions start at 8.30am and afternoon sessions will finish at 4.30pm (occasionally later). We are willing to consider applications from applicants who are able to work either or both sessions. Full training is provided for experienced and new invigilators.

The rate of pay is £12.45 per hour plus £1.51 per hour holiday pay.
