This is a great role for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and is happy to get involved in a wide range of tasks to ensure those girls in our care are happy and well looked after.

You will be:

• Part of day-to-day life in High House, one of our vibrant senior boarding houses for girls aged 12-17.

• Part of the team who keep the house running smoothly.

• Supporting the girls with practical help, pastoral care and positive role modelling.

This role thrives on proactive teamwork. The housemistress and boarding house day matron work closely together, alongside the resident tutor and house tutors, stepping in where needed and often going beyond the formal job description, without being asked, to ensure the house runs smoothly.
