Gymnastics and Choreography Coach (Senior School)
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Part-time, fixed term (2 terms until 31 August 2026) – potential for permanent role
Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:30pm – 5:45pm (21 hrs 15 mins per week, term-time - 36 weeks of the year)
Salary: Up to £18,921 per annum (based on FTE £41,921), plus a generous benefits package

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Gymnastics and Choreography Coach to join our dynamic team. If you have the expertise to coach young people, create inspiring routines, and bring energy to every session, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
Coach Senior School pupils of all abilities – from beginners to advanced performers.
Deliver engaging sessions including choreography, flexibility, strength, and conditioning.
Support pupils in competitions and showcases, helping them perform at their best.
Ensure safety and wellbeing by following health and safety guidelines and risk assessments.
Collaborate with colleagues to keep our gymnastics community thriving.
What we’re looking for
British Gymnastics Level 2 qualification (essential).
Experience coaching young people and a proven track record in gymnastics performance.
Strong organisational and communication skills, with creativity and confidence.
A passion for gymnastics and the ability to inspire and motivate pupils.
